Soccer player threatened by fans

Veteran left back Roberto Carlos may leave Brazilian football because Corinthians fans have been threatening his family.

Carlos said he has been receiving threatening phone calls and people have been following him on the streets ever since the popular Brazilian club was eliminated from the Copa Libertadores last week.

The former Brazil and Real Madrid star said "things are getting out of hand" and that he will move back to Europe or play somewhere else if a club makes him a good offer.
