A Hong Kong First Division match in the weekend has provided one of the most bizarre soccer moments of 2011.
With his side leading second placed Sun Hei 3-0, Citizen AA defender Festus Baise scored a remarkable own goal on the 79 minute mark which has quickly become an internet
hit.
In an attempt to stop a cross into his own box the Nigerian pulled off a 'reverse scorpion' which saw the ball bounce off his heel and loop over the head of his goalie Tse Tak Him
Despite the own goal, and a second Sun Hei goal five minutes later, Baise's side held on to win the clash 3-2.
The YouTube video what has been dubbed the 'best own goal ever' has attracted more than 370,000 hits since being uploaded in the weekend.
