Ms Barwell, a student at Manchester Metropolitan University, was pictured alongside 19-year-old Wilson arriving at the red carpet event this week, which was attended by fellow players inlcuding Wayne Rooney, Robin Van Persie and Angel Di Maria, along with their wives and girlfriends.
But after photos of the event were published, Odds Checker Au posted the message on Twitter, urging Wilson to 'abuse his privilege'.
The post sparked outrage, with scores of website users criticising the firm's 'disgusting' views and calling for whoever posted it to be sacked.
Petra Starke replied: 'This is so rude I can't believe anyone thought it was OK to post it. You are garbage people. Disgusting.'
'Delete this, then seriously reprimand whoever ok'd it. @OddscheckerAu,'
Gaz Wilde added: 'Have u no idea the amount of damage comments like that can do to people?'
