Antonella, 28, has since become so jealous of all the raunchy images aimed at her man that she has blocked Suzy from their social media accounts.
Suzy claims to have been following Messi online, before noticing she had been blocked by him and his other half.
The Latin stunner even had the cheek to blast Antonella as being "jealous" and "overreacting" to her saucy snaps, claiming she is simply just a "huge fan of Barcelona".
The seductive model is known in her home town of Distrito Federal, Brazil, for dating footballers.
"I was completely shocked when I spotted it," she said.
"If I could, I would tell her not to be worried about me, I'm just a fan. I'm surprised that she isn't more sure of herself.
"I guess it can only be because she is jealous. It's very silly because I'm just a football fan and a huge fan of Barcelona. This is such an over reaction.
"I only follow about 10 people and he was one of them. So when I saw that I was blocked I thought it could only be jealousy. Why would he block me if he has 40million followers? Then I checked her profile and confirmed she had also blocked me.
Messi and Antonella are childhood sweethearts and have known each other since they were just five years old. The pair grew up in the same Argentine town and remained best friends after Messi was shipped off to train with Barcelona.

Suzy won the Miss BumBum title in November last year after beating 15 other curvy beauties in the final.
Over 500 women initially entered the controversial beauty contest, which awards the winner a $18,000 modelling contract and the front cover shot of a men's magazine.
