Argentinian footballer Lucas Torres has attempted one of the worst tackles in football history, sparking a brutal punch-up during the Lujan Football League Final.
Representing Social Atletico Television, Torres was airborne as he dived in for a feet-first tackle during the closing seconds of a match against La Union de
Jaguel.
Torres missed the ball completely and dangerously knocked over an opposition player, who flipped forward and landed face-first in the pitch.
Lujan were trailing 4-1 when the criminal tackle took place. ESPN described it as the "worst tackle of the year," and it's hard to disagree.
