Good morning, or is it evening? After travelling for over 30 hours I don't have a clue what time it is. Four flights and one bus trip later we arrive at our training camp in the mountains of Austria, two hours from Graz.

It's an amazing spot, a small village with a world class hotel. The boys are rapt, a room each. I don't think anyone will miss their roommate for a few nights.

Despite the long distance our journey was quite smooth. No delays, cancellations or volcano's slowed us down. Even with a travelling party of 34 and god-knows how much luggage, we all arrived with everything we left with. To be honest I'm a little surprised, it's not uncommon with large groups that someone's boot bag ends up in Uzbekistan when we're training in Austria. Hopefully a good sign for our trip ahead.

Well, I'm off to dinner. Or is it breakfast?
