Glen Moss: Africa here we come

As our European adventure comes to an end there's a real sense of satisfaction, along with the obvious feeling of excitement heading to our final destination.

From a player's point of view, the build up to South Africa has been a success. We've played two quality European sides, trained at world class facilities and gelled together as a squad.

Although it was a tired dressing room in Maribor, the 'All White' spirit was still shining bright after the Slovenia game. A spirit that of course contained an element of disappointment, after playing a strong side whose movement and passing was of the highest quality. More importantly, a spirit that was boosted with a stronger second half performance. We know we'll have to come out of the tunnel firing against a similar opposition in Slovakia on June 15.

We were up early for breakfast and a recovery session in the pool (trunks on if you were wondering) before heading to the airport.

Goodbye nudists, it's been special. Africa here we come - fully clothed!
