Fifa president Sepp Blatter has been compared to Jesus by one Fifa executive as he gains support ahead of the latest presidency elections next month.
Blatter is seeking a fourth term as Fifa president.
10 Concafaf members gave their backing to the 79-year-old overnight with the president of the DominicanRepublic football federation Osiris Guzman likening Blatter to great men of history - starting from Moses and Jesus to Abraham Lincoln, Winston Churchill, Martin Luther King Jr. and Nelson Mandela.
In 2011, Guzman was among Caribbean officials suspended in a bribery inquiry. He was banned for 30 days (15 days suspended) and received a fine of CHF300 ($NZ400).
"Membership is sending a message that we continue to support Blatter," said Concafaf president Jeffrey Webb.
Three other candidates are contesting Blatter in next month's election - Portugal great Luis Figo, Dutch FA chief Michael van Praag and Jordanian Prince Ali Bin Al Hussein.
