Football: NZ women's under-20s draw with France

The New Zealand under-20 women's football side has held on for a goalless draw against tournament hosts France in their World Cup match in Vannes.

The French dominated possession and attempts, but were unable to find a way through the New Zealand defence.

The win keeps New Zealand's hopes of progressing to the knockout stages alive, if they beat Ghana heavily on Monday morning and France loses to the group leading Dutch side.
