Who are the players most likely to feature for the New Zealand football team in 2016? Jason Pine updates the All Whites Power Rankings (previous position in brackets).

1. (1) Winston Reid (West Ham United, England)
All Whites skipper and the only kiwi playing in the Premier League. Guided the Hammers
to an FA Cup clean sheet against Liverpool over the weekend.

2. (2) Ryan Thomas (PEC Zwolle, Netherlands)
Playing regularly in the Dutch top flight and recently compared by his club coach to Arjen Robben.

3. (3) Chris Wood (Leeds United, England)
The first choice to lead the line for New Zealand. Recently linked with a move to Wolverhampton Wanderers.

4. (4) Tommy Smith (Ipswich Town, England)
A virtual ever-present in Ipswich's Premiership push and Reid's obvious central defensive partner.

5. (7) Kosta Barbarouses (Melbourne Victory, Australia)
Playing every week for the defending A-League champions and a fixture in the All Whites.

6. (5) Michael McGlinchey (Wellington Phoenix, New Zealand)
One of the first midfielders Hudson writes down. Could do with a goal or two at club level.

7. (6) Marco Rojas (FC Thun, Switzerland)
In a mid-season break at present, but still our most creative attacking player when on song.

8. (8) Glen Moss (Wellington Phoenix, New Zealand)
Undoubtedly New Zealand's best goalkeeper, despite a rare error against Central Coast on Saturday night.

9. (9) Themi Tzimopoulos (PAS Giannina, Greece)
A fixture in his mid-table Greek Super League side and picked by Anthony Hudson in every All Whites squad in 2015

10. (10) Michael Boxall (SuperSport, South Africa)
His versatility and availability make him key to New Zealand's defensive stocks.

11. (17) Storm Roux (Central Coast Mariners, Australia)
Eligibility now sorted and the obvious long-term right-back for New Zealand. Great game for the Mariners v Phoenix on Saturday.

12. (11) Tom Doyle (Wellington Phoenix, New Zealand)
Looking to nail down the left-back spot for the Phoenix and extend that to the national side.

13. (12) Shane Smeltz (Sydney FC, Australia)
One of the few members of the 2010 side who is still in the mix. His experience and eye for goal could be key in 2016.

14. (13) Stefan Marinovic (SpVgg Unterhaching, Germany)
Hudson's first choice 'keeper in 2015 and playing every week for his German club

15. (20) Tyler Boyd (Vitoria SC, Portugal)
Has now made two appearances for his club's first team. The European move seems to have boosted his career.

16. (18) Deklan Wynne (Whitecaps FC 2, Canada)
Looks to be in a head-to-head battle with Thomas Doyle for the left-back spot. A weight off his shoulders with eligibility saga now over.

17. (14) Bill Tuiloma (RC Strasbourg, France)
Loaned to Strasbourg from Marseille and struggling for game time. Still has excellent potential.

18. (15) Louis Fenton (Wellington Phoenix, New Zealand)
Has shaken off his latest injury. Ability to play in defence or midfield means he is a candidate for any All Whites squad.

19. (16) Clayton Lewis (Auckland City FC, New Zealand)
Hudson is a fan of the combative midfielder who is one of the best players in the ASB Premiership.

20. (19) Max Crocombe (Southport FC, England)
Currently getting regular game time on loan and one of a crop of promising young NZ goalkeepers.

21. (21) Logan Rogerson (Wellington Phoenix, New Zealand)
Hasn't quite kicked on since signing pro terms with Phoenix, but time is on his side.

22. (22) Sam Brotherton (Wisconsin University, USA)
One for the future after impressive debut against Oman.

23. (23) Henry Cameron (Blackpool FC, England)
Recovering from a serious knee injury suffered on his international debut against Oman.

24. (24) Nik Tzanev (Brentford FC, England)
Played twice in the under-20 World Cup and a member of the most recent All Whites squad.

25. (25) Jeremy Brockie (SuperSport, South Africa)
Seems to have fallen out of favour, despite playing and scoring regularly for his club side.

26. (27) Joel Stevens (Wellington Phoenix, New Zealand)
27. (New entry) James McGarry (Wellington Phoenix, New Zealand)
28. (29) Ryan De Vries (Auckland City, New Zealand)
