The All Whites today let in five goals in their second successive soccer match, being beaten 5-1 by Uefa Cup holders Sevilla in Spain.
The under-strength New Zealanders, who went down 5-0 to English Premier League side Blackburn Rovers at the weekend, got their sole reward through a 65th minutepenalty by Fulham teenager Chris James.
For Sevilla, who were up 2-0 at half-time, Uruguayan striker Ernesto Javier Chevanton grabbed a hat-trick and laid on another goal.
The fixture was the last of the All Whites' three-match tour of Europe. They opened with a 1-1 draw in London with Premier League Charlton Athletic.
