Equestrian : Half dozen shortlisted for NZ

Six riders are on Eventing New Zealand's shortlist for the team to be sent to the World Equestrian Games in Aachen, Germany later this year.

British-based riders Daniel Jocelyn, Joe Meyer, Andrew Nicholson and Caroline Powell and New Zealand-based Alex de Luca Oliveira and Heelan Tompkins are on the list for the August 21-September 3 event.

The full New Zealand team of riders across dressage, endurance, eventing and showjumping will be named on July 20.
