New Zealand has won two medals on the penultimate day of the Track Cycling World Championships in Hong Kong.
Ethan Mitchell has finished with a bronze in the men's sprint, before Aaron Gate won silver in the men's omnium.
Gate says it's good to see a new training programme already
paying dividends.
He says he had a blank canvas after Rio and has been doing a fair amount of road racing.
New Zealand's finished fourth in the women's madison.
