Kiwi Linda Villumsen has won the final stage after a brave solo breakaway saw her finish around two minutes ahead of her nearest rival.
But the real excitement has come in the General
Classification where American Evelyn Stevens has won the tour by a second.
Stevens has finished just ahead of Australian Shara Gillow after taking a five second advantage over her into the fifth stage.
