Woolmer murder plan suspected

Jamaican police suspect that the killer of the Pakistan cricket coach Bob Woolmer strangled him with a twisted towel that left no marks.

The implication raises the suggestion, that the murder was planned, said Mark Shields, Jamaica's deputy police commissioner.

Woolmer, 58, was found dead in his hotel bathroom in Kingston on March 18, after his team were knocked out of the World Cup by Ireland.
