Cricket fans again get their chance to vote for their favourite individual performance in the past year.
The inaugural winner of the Fans Choice Award last season was wicketkeeper-batsman Brendon McCullum, for his blazing century in a T20 international against Australia in Christchurch.
The five finalists are:
* Otago leftarm seamer Neil Wagner, for his world-first five wickets in a six-ball over in a first-class game against Wellington;
* New Zealand new-ball bowler Chris Martin, for reducing India to 15 for five at Ahmedabad in a test, finishing with five for 63;
* Tim Southee, for his five for 18 against Pakistan in a T20 clash at Eden Park, including a hat-trick, and all five taken in the space of eight deliveries;
* New Zealand captain Ross Taylor for his unbeaten 131 against Pakistan at the World Cup;
* Canterbury bowler Matt Henry, who took five for 23 in nine overs on debut for Canterbury against Wellington.
