New Zealand skipper Stephen Fleming won the toss and chose to bat first in the third one-day cricket international against West Indies at Jade Stadium in Christchurch today.
The Black Caps lead the five-match series 2-0 and have again reshuffled their batting lineup, with opener Jamie How rested and HamishMarshall returning at No 4.
Different combinations will again be tested with Fleming, who will set a New Zealand record of 251 one-day appearances, listed to open the batting alongside Nathan Astle, with Lou Vincent dropping to No 3.
Bowler Michael Mason was passed fit despite suffering from a side strain and offspinner Jeetan Patel was again named super-sub.
West Indies made one change from the three-wicket loss in Queenstown with Jerome Taylor dropping out and fast bowler Deighton Butler making his first appearance of the series.
Rawl Lewis will be super-sub.
