DHAKA - The Black Caps rolled Bangladesh for 146 in the second one-day cricket match as the hosts failed to bat out their 50 overs here today.

Only Khaled Mashud's 41 gave Bangladesh a chance to pass 100 after they reduced to 52 for five.
Styris took the best figures for New Zealand with three for 16 while Chris Cairns, Kyle Mills and James Franklin each bagged a pair.
When the 56 run partnership between Mashud and Rajin Saleh was broken in Cairns' first over, Bangladesh's resistance effectively ended.
Chris Harris and Daniel Vettori combined to bowl 10 wicketless overs with Mashud looking comfortable on another slow pitch.
Cairns' introduction in the 30th over halted the procession when Mashud went to smash him through cover only for Harris to take a good diving catch.
Mashud departed for 41 and Bangladesh 108 for six and the Mexican waves among the 20,000 strong crowd came to a halt
Saleh continued to score briefly, but was caught by McCullum for 28 in Cairns' second over when he tried to steer the ball through the vacant slip area.
That brought pinch hitter Mohammad Rafique to the crease and his innings started well with a boundary.
But Vettori came back in the 37th over with immediate success when Rafique lofted an easy catch to Franklin at mid-on on four as the tail slowly crumbled at 135 for eight.
Manzaural Rana's steady innings ended on 12 when Styris trapped him plum leg before wicket for the allrounder's second wicket, but he didn't have to wait long for his third when Baiysa decided to have a heave.
