Joe Root has been banned from celebrating England's latest Ashes victory in Birmingham's Walkabout bar.
Root was punched by David Warner in the city's Antipodean theme bar following England's Edgbaston success over Australia during the 2013 Champions Trophy.
Players from both sides were revelling in the Broad Street bar when
the incident took place, with a misunderstanding over Root's use of a novelty wig apparently the instigating factor.
The hosts' eight-wicket win on Friday gave them a 2-1 lead in the Ashes series and captain Alastair Cook has taken steps to ensure there is no repeat of the previous bar-room brawl.
Asked about the prospects of round two, a smiling Cook said: "The one thing (about our celebrations) is Joe Root is banned from going to Walkabout."
