Kevin Pietersen has called this the funniest moment he's ever seen in cricket - and a furious superstar was on the receiving end.
A Wednesday clash in the Pakistan Super League pitted the Quetta Gladiators against Lahore Qalandars. Lahore was headed for a win - but not before a hilariousblow-up between two teammates.
Bowler Sohail Khan was trying to get the attention of boundary fielder Yasir Shah, the Pakistan Test leg-spinner, only Yasir wasn't listening. So, Sohail threw the ball at Yasir, narrowly missing his head.
Yasir was not impressed, firing some choice words and gestures Sohail's way before firing back a heated throw.
Former New Zealand captain Brendon McCullum had to step in to defuse the situation.
Ex-England superstar Pietersen, who plays for Quetta, thought the whole exchange was gold.
I think I witnessed the funniest moment of my cricket career tonight, when the bowler couldnโt get the attention of his boundary rider & threw the ball at him on the boundary...
First time I've ever seen that: The bowler Sohail Khan has thrown the ball in anger at his team mate Yasir Shah who was fielding on the boundary Yasir Shah then threw the ball back in anger at Sohail Khan Both shouted at each other with McCullum having to calm them down#PSL2018
