Williams has made no secret of his desire to start his own family as soon as possible. His social media accounts include many photographs of him with the children of his brother John and twin sisters Niall and Denise.
Williams did not respond to the Herald last night and his manager Khoder Nasser could not be reached for comment about the rumoured pregnancy.
Ms Raffie was snapped while out grocery shopping this week. Her petite frame, usually on display in fitted clothing, was hidden under a baggy striped top, comfy leggings and an oversized cardigan.
Last week Williams said he planned to retire early and have children but refused to comment on whether his young wife was already expecting.
Earlier, he had told the Daily Telegraph he worked to keep his personal life out of the public eye.
"To be honest, when it comes to my private life with my family, I always try to keep it private because every other aspect of my life is so out there in the media," he said. "One thing I will say is whatever I try to do in my personal life I try to do it for myself religiously right. The halal way, in Islam, which means the right way."
Williams said the same applied to commenting on pregnancy rumours.
