The fans came to see Joseph Parker dominate Bowie Tupou, but what they didn't expect was one of the knockouts of the year taking place on his undercard.
Polish boxer Izu Ugonoh sent Stadium Southland into ecstasy when a massive right hook sent opponent Will Quarrie tumbling out
of the ring, landing on the ringside table of the fight judges.
The 27-year-old of Nigerian descent began his boxing career in 2010, and was a sparring partner for Parker in the lead-up to the Kiwi's fight with Tupou.
He is a highly-touted riser in the boxing community, and you can see why as he delivers a powerful punch which decks Quarrie.
