Joseph Parker says he is the man with a 1000 jabs, as he prepares for Sunday morning's showdown with Anthony Joshua in Cardiff.
"Of course I have slimmed down," he told Radio Sport Breakfast, while repeating his belief that Brit Joshua is too angry for his own good going intothe unification heavyweight contest.
Joseph said: "How many (jabs) do I need? I think I've got over 1000 jabs so I'll be jabbing, jabbing, jabbing...hopefully land on his nose, head, chin, chest, everywhere.
"I don't think he's a one punch knock out artist. He throws a lot of punches to get you out of there, he does have a big right hand, a big left, so maybe avoid all of them."
Parker said his aim — as always — was to remain relaxed in the dressing room before the fight.
Parker remains confident that recent elbow operations will help him to take the title.
"I can punch with no hesitation and no doubts, there will be no pain," he said.
"I've got my speed back, the movement is back, everything has gone up a level. It's the perfect time to have the speed and power back and I'll put it on display Saturday night. I either knock him out or win on points...hands raised, come home with the belt."
