"They should have been testing him when he first started training for this fight ... four months ago."
Asked if he was concerned about fighting an opponent he believed had been using PEDS, Hunt continued: "I've been fighting against cheats my whole life.
"Besides, what can I do about it?
"All I can do is punch his face. Punch his face several times.
"Actually, I'm not going to worry about making weight, even things up a bit. Right now, I'm weighing in at 'fat'.
"So I won't worry about a cut. Or maybe I should even start using myself.
"But really, I just want to get out there and punch Lesnar in the lips."
While Lesnar was initially granted a drug testing exemption for his UFC return, USADA has ramped up testing in recent weeks - visiting the American megastar five times in the space of a fortnight.
It comes after the UFC initially waived its usual policy that says athletes coming out of retirement give USADA four months' notice before fighting. Lesnar, 38, has not fought in the UFC since a loss to Alistair Overeem in 2011.
After the exemption was announced, Hunt told Fox Sports Australia: "I don't think that's fair. I think it's load of bulls**t, I think it's rubbish.
"I don't think anyone should be exempt from testing. If they're trying to clean the sport up - mixed martial arts - this is a bad way to do it. I don't care who you are. It's ridiculous.
"I don't think it's a great move. I think he's juiced to the gills - and I still think I'm going to knock him out."
