The first of seven contests between the two sides got underway on Thursday night, with the Warriors coming out 104-89 winners in Oakland.
Posting his previous bet on Instagram just hours after the Warriors' latest victory, Mayweather wrote: 'In Game 6, #OKC was the favorite to beat the #Warriors... but I bet Splash for the Cash. I bet money line for $170,000 and won $221,000. www.themoneyteam.com'.
With his boxing career officially over at 49-0, Pretty Boy has plenty of time on his hands to spend his millions, but still there are rumours flying around about a return to the ring.
It wouldn't be any old fight though, with UFC star Conor McGregor rumoured to be in talks over an inter-discipline clash with the American.
Mayweather fuelled the rumours on his Instagram account last week when he shared a picture of what appeared to be an unofficial poster, suggesting he is keen to fight the Irish superstar.
There have previously been suggestions that while Mayweather would receive around $100million (£70m) for the bout, McGregor would be paid only $7million (£4.8m).
The UFC Featherweight Champion criticised that suggestion.
'I hear the boy talking - and it him was that leaked the rumour -that he gets a $100million and I get $7m- that's a paycut for me. I don't take paycuts,' McGregor told ESPN's Sunday Conversation.
'I thought boxing was where the money was at. The $7m is absolutely laughable. If he's getting a $100m, I'm also talking $100m.
