Simmons, who holds the WBC's silver title, may shape as a potential opponent for Aloua down the track.
The inclusion of Kwadjo and Emerson (1-2) means the Super 8 tournament is set with New Zealanders Adesanya, Lance Bryant (3-0) and Monty Filimaea (9-10-1), Samoa's Vaitele Soi (22-0) and Australians Brad Pitt (15-1) and Daniel Ammann (29-7-1) completing the card.
Fighters will be paired off in to quarter-final match-ups and they will meet over three three-minute rounds with the winner advancing.
Aloua's preparation for his bout has been slightly tweaked after his coach Lolo Heimuli had to jet to Mexico on short notice to work with Mark Hunt ahead of the Super Samoan's interim UFC heavyweight title tilt.
Aloua (11-1) and McCracken (16-7-1) met previously in 2012 when Aloua took a split decision from their 10-round bout in Brisbane and the Australian was keen for another go at the Kiwi.
"If I'm going to take the win in New Zealand in front of his home crowd I'm going to have to beat him up bad. I'm coming there to win and the only way to win is to knock him out or at least put him on the deck a few times," McCracken said.
"To do that I need to pressure him for 10 hard rounds and keep him on the back foot, I know he likes to move forward and I know he doesn't like being pressured backwards."
The Super 8 fight night will be headlined by a heavyweight clash between veterans Shane Cameron (29-4) and Kali Meehan (41-5) who will meet for the WBA Oceania crown.
