Boxing: SBW fight in doubt after injury

Sonny Bill Williams' next boxing bout could be cancelled.

The former All Blacks midfielder has arrived in Sydney to prepare for next month's fight.

But he's carrying a pectoral muscle problem picked up in Japanese rugby and will now see a specialist in Australia to determine his immediate future.

Williams says his boxing return is questionable.

"At the moment it's a little bit in doubt, just come back here to straight away get some scans and see how the pec is, see the extent of the injury.''

Williams will fight South African Francois Botha on November 24.
