Basketball: Spurs heap more misery on slumping Thunder

Kawhi Leonard scored 26 points and fuelled a late rally as the San Antonio Spurs remained unbeaten in 32 home games this NBA season with a 93-85 victory over the slumping Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Spurs' victory on Sunday also clinched their fifth Southwest Division title in the last six years.

LaMarcus Aldridge scored 24 points for the Spurs (56-10), who improved to 32-0 at the AT&T Center this season while Australia's Patty Mills had only four points off the bench.

Dating back to last season, San Antonio have won 41 straight home games, the third-longest streak in NBA history.

The NBA champions Golden State Warriors are riding a record 47-game home winning streak dating to last season and the 1995-96 Chicago Bulls won 44 in a row at home. No team has ever gone an entire season without losing at home.

Kevin Durant had 28 points and eight assists for the Thunder (44-22), who are just 4-8 since the All-Star break.

Oklahoma City have lost a league-high 12 games after holding a lead entering the final period, including six in their recent slide.

The Thunder made their first two shots of the fourth quarter as layups by Randy Foye and Durant opened a 72-66 lead. But they were just 4-of-16 thereafter, missing their last six attempts.

Elsewhere, Stephen Curry scored 35 points for the Warriors, who improved to 30-0 at home as they scored a 123-116 win over the pesky Suns, who got 30 points from Brandon Knight.

In other games, the host Toronto Raptors squeezed past the Miami Heat 112-104 in overtime; the Atlanta Hawks defeated the visiting Memphis Grizzlies 95-83; the host Charlotte Hornets outgunned the Houston Rockets 125-109; the visiting Indiana Pacers got past the Dallas Mavericks 112-105; the host Portland Trail Blazers routed the Orlando Magic 121-84; the visiting Detroit Pistons handled the Philadelphia 76ers 125-111; the host Milwaukee Bucks knocked off the New Orleans Hornets 103-92 and the Denver Nuggets toppled the visiting Washington Wizards 116-100.
