NBA officials have quelled rumours that a basketball game will be hosted down under in the near future.
Excitement whirled when Basketball Australia announced Melbourne would be hosting an NBA Basketball Without Borders camp in June.
However NBA's Asia managing director Scott Levy says there are no plans to bring
a game to Australia now and isn't willing to put a timeframe on it.
Australia is the leading country in NBA League Pass subscriptions which allows users to watch games online.
