There's still a sense of frustration within the Breakers camp despite being on the verge of scraping in to the ANBL playoffs.
After several disappointing seasons it looked as if Reuben Te Rangi was ready to deliver for the Breakers after a stellar campaign with the Tall Blacks leading into the ANBL.
Frustratingly that has not been the case, with Te Rangi averaging just over one point in 14 minutes played this season.
He says he was hoping to transfer his international form to the Breakers a little bit better, but the season hasn't panned out well.
The Breakers meet top of the table Melbourne United at the North Shore Events Centre tonight.
