An Australian newspaper has joked that Kiwi batting sensation Kane Williamson will be deported if he gives their team too much trouble.
Today is day three of the Black Caps three-test series against Australia as dozens of Kiwis await their fate at a Serco detention centre on Christmas Island.

cartoon by Greg Smith in the Perth's Sunday Times depicts Williamson on strike, as an Australian player standing next to a Serco prison guard player says: "Hey Williamson... Give us too much trouble and we'll send you off to be deported."

Dozens of Kiwis are being held in the Christmas Island detention centre at risk of deportation as inmates riot in response to being treated "like dogs" and left in legal limbo.
