Dame Valerie Adams has given a small glimpse into her life as a mother and professional athlete, tweeting about her latest experience.
Adams, 33, welcomed her daughter Kimoana to the world in October last year, and said giving birth saved her from retirement before this year's Commonwealth Games.
On Sunday,the Double Olympic shot put gold medallist shared an anecdote to give her fans a small insight into her life as a mother and professional athlete.

Adams is currently preparing for her fifth Commonwealth Games, where she'll look to secure her fifth straight medal.
The Kiwi shot put star claimed silver Manchester in 2002, before securing back-to-back-to-back golds in Melbourne, Delhi and Glasgow in 2006, '10 and '14 respectively.
The Gold Coast Commonwealth Games take place from April 4 to 15.
