New Zealand hammer thrower Julia Ratcliffe believes she can make the required tweaks to qualify for the Rio Olympics.
Ratcliffe needs to throw 71 metres to make the B standard for the Games, though hasn't thrown over 70 this year.
Ratcliffe says with distance massively determined by the speed of
the hammer on the final turn, she's confident she can adjust accordingly.
She says she just has to work on the speed and control while also looking to become more explosive.
Ratcliffe has until July 11 to meet the B standard.
