Ben Langton Burnell's in search for adjustments as he looks to develop.
The Kiwi javelin thrower beat four-time Olympian Stuart Farquhar at the national athletics championships, though is still over two and a half metres off the world championships qualification distance of 83 metres.
Langton Burnell says there are both
a mental and physical hurdles to overcome.
He says it's about both confidence, but also core and leg strength.
