Chin ups at any age are hard work. But try doing them in your eighth decade on earth.
With 45kg strapped to your waist.
Perhaps inspired by his hometown team's win in last month's Super Bowl, Sylvester Stallone is back performing crazy feats of strength in the gym.
The legendaryactor who made one-handed push-ups and chasing a chicken around a yard famous during the epic training montages in the Rocky films has a new trick to show you.
Gripping two vertical bars with a 45kg weight hanging from his waist, Stallone — who is turning 72 years old in a few months — manages to push out a couple of chin-ups.
Stallone insisted he was very much alive and well, putting to recent claims that he had passed away following a secret battle with prostate cancer, the Daily Mail reported.
Sharing a fake obituary with followers, in which his picture has been drastically altered to give him a frail, aged appearance, the actor wrote: "Please ignore this stupidity… Alive and well and happy and healthy… Still punching!"
