A large, modern warehouse is for sale in Auckland's Wiri industrial precinct offering investors an opportunity to grow rental income almost immediately.

Colliers International industrial sales and leasing specialists Andrew Hooper and Hamish West are marketing 12 Ha Crescent, which is for sale by deadline private treaty.

Offers on the 6500sq m freehold property close at 4pm on Tuesday, June 26, unless sold earlier.

Hooper says the under-rented property earns $510,000 net annually.
