ASB Bank and The Coffee Club are tenants in a high profile commercial building for sale on the corner of busy Lincoln Rd in West Auckland.

The Coffee Club holds a 10 year lease to its ground floor retail unit, expiring in November 2022. The café chain, which was established 10 years ago, now has over 350 cafés throughout Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the Middle East.
A third ground floor retail unit is leased to Peak Pilates until March 2018. The business has moved out and continues to pay some rent while the unit is re-leased.

Bray says the property is about 13 km west of Auckland's central business district.

"Lincoln Rd carries over 42,000 vehicles per day and Auckland Transport is planning upgrades that will significantly improve the traffic flows and assist the area's growth.
"There are already many major national and international branded retail outlets along Lincoln Rd, including large occupiers such as Countdown, Pak 'n Save and Mitre 10 Mega."
