An elevated view of Avondale industrial office and warehouse property for sale at 483 Rosebank Rd.
Three adjoining two level Avondale office and warehouse units, ranging in size from 487 sq m to 807 sq m, are likely to appeal to owner occupiers and investors when they go under the hammer individually later this month.
Located at 483 Rosebank Road, they are part of the award winning Harbourside Business Park which was completed in 2004 and are being marketed for sale with vacant possession by James Appleby, William Coates and Mike Adams of Bayleys West Auckland division.
They are among over 20 Auckland properties in Bayleys' latest Total Property portfolio that will go up for auction on October 28.
"Rosebank Rd is a very sought-after address for business occupants because of the ease of access it provides to the north-western motorway and from there to Auckland's CBD, Ports of Auckland and the other motorway systems," says Appleby.
