"It has rating valuation of $1,850,000 and a land area of about 506sq m. Standing in a useful Business-Mixed-Use zone, comes with seven car parks," Young says.
"This zone is height-controlled to 13 metres, potentially allowing a wide range of future development options.

The agents give the layout as follows:
