A vacant ground floor commercial unit, among 16 in a secure building, is for sale in Grey Lynn.

Barfoot and Thompson commercial sales agents Reese Barragar and Shaydon Young are marketing the property — which is for sale by a deadline private treaty process closing at 2pm, Wednesday June 13, unless it sells earlier.

The freehold Unit O at 57 Livingston St, has an open plan configuration, mezzanine floor and includes four car parks within the gated facility.

It is on the ground floor at the southern end of building called Bayside Lofts, which comprises 16 units in all. The building's eastern boundary is shared with the Grey Lynn Countdown on Richmond Rd.
