A Kumeu property in perfect horse country centres around a homestead with superb views. CEDRIC GRAY takes a ride.

Alan and Leonie Godsalve are monarchs of all they survey. They have an attractive 4ha property in Foster Rd, a few kilometres north of Kumeu, and from the lounge and outdoor balcony of their slightly elevated home they have uninterrupted views to every corner.
