A 1123Ssq m five-level, mixed use building on a 455sq m site at 4 Hobson St in Auckland's CBD, sold for $5,218,000 through Quinn Ngo, Matt Lee, James Chan and Robert Platt of Bayleys Auckland. A short-term language school lease on levels one and two generates annual income of $159,000. There is a vacant two-level, four-bedroom apartment above.

A 459sq m freehold industrial warehouse on 556sq m of land at 51 Angle St, Onehunga, sold for $1,345,000 in a deal brokered by Jeremy Barnett and Ben Cockram of Colliers International.
