A two-level 456sq m office building on a 809sq m site at 15 First Avenue, Tauranga, has sold for $2,205,000 at a 5.4 per cent yield through Brendon and Lynn Bradley and Jo Stewart of Bayleys Tauranga.

Queen St karaoke bar

A 441sq m basement karaoke bar at 239 Queen St in Auckland's CBD has been sold by James Chan of Bayleys International division to a Chinese purchaser for $3.4 million at a 7.1 per cent yield. There are two 2-year leases in place from mid 2015 plus two 2-year rights of renewal.

An 890sq m industrial building on a 1258sq m site at 3 Tarndale Grove, Rosedale, has been sold for $1.65 million by Janet Marshall and Ryan de Zwart of Colliers International.
