Queenstown holiday cabins

Harcourts Queenstown is marketing 38 holiday cabins in the Queenstown Central district on behalf of Queenstown Lakes District Council. Surplus to the council's requirements, the cabins are in The Reserve and The Lynch blocks of the Queenstown Lakeview Holiday Park.

Harcourts sales consultant Geoff Stevens says they represent a rare opportunity to enter Queenstown's property market at affordable levels. "I would expect the potential rental returns over the 13-year licence period to provide an income exceeding expected purchase price," he says, "particularly with the very real shortage of rental property at this level for seasonal workers and others."
