A versatile warehouse and office building on 2000sq m of land in East Tamaki, which in recent years has been used as an outlet store by NZX listed retailer Pumpkin Patch, is up for sale offering a wide range of options for its next owner.
The 718sq m building, at 441 East Tamaki Rd, and the land surrounding it is being put up for sale with vacant possession by Pumpkin Patch, which has a distribution centre next door.
It is being marketed by Marty Roestenburg, of Bayleys South Auckland, and is among a wide range of properties that will go up for auction on April 13, unless sold prior, as part of Bayleys' first Total Property portfolio for 2016.
