A large residential property zoned Residential Single House has resource consent in place for healthcare services and is for sale in Auckland's upmarket Epsom.
JLL agents Jarred Hill and Jeremy Sim are marketing 92 Owens Rd, Epsom, for sale through an expressions of interest campaign closing March 16, unless soldearlier.
