Properties selling well above CV

Meo Realty says some of its properties are fetching well above their capital valuations at auction. A "bite-sized" two-bedroom stucco bungalow at 51 Douglas St, Ponsonby - with a CV of $270,000 - sold for $452,000, a three-bedroom free-standing townhouse at 6A Tutanekai St, Grey Lynn, - with a CV of $410,000 - sold for $675,200, and a four-bedroom villa in 14 Prime Rd, Grey Lynn - with a CV of $470,000 - sold for $816,000.
