"The site is just 300m from the Southgate Shopping Complex and Great South Rd is 350m away, which provides both convenience and opportunity," says Brunt.
"Being zoned Business Light Industry under the proposed Auckland Unitary Plan, and having the benefit of being strategically located close to major transport routes, there could be few better development prospects in this high-growth part of Auckland.
