A 12.9ha vineyard and winery at 12 Sunrise Valley Rd, Upper Moutere, Nelson, has sold by fixed price for $3,450,000 in a deal brokered by Ken Montgomery and Mike Lavern of Colliers International.
Takapuna office
A 568sq m two-level office building on a 1002sq m Mixed Use zoned site with 16 carparks at 39 Taharoto Rd, Takapuna, sold for $3.5m at a 4.9 per cent yield through Adam Watton, Adam Curtis and Eddie Zhong of Bayleys North Shore Commercial. It is currently occupied by four tenants with a 180sq m vacancy under a conditional leasing contract.
Hastings triple sales
A 510sq m industrial warehouse, retail and showroom property, Unit 1 at 822 Omahu Rd, Hastings, has been sold by negotiation, in a deal brokered by Danny Blair of Colliers International, for $1,460,000 representing a yield of 6.5 per cent. Blair also sold by negotiation another warehouse, retail and showroom property of 573sq m on 903sq m of land at 404 Miller St, Hastings, for $1,357,000 and a yield of 7 per cent. In a third Hastings deal, Blair sold a 350sq m retail site at 217 Russell St North by negotiation for $1,560,000 and a yield of 6.78 per cent.
Mid-City complex
A 38sq m retail unit on the Queen St frontage of the Mid City complex at 239 Queen St in the Auckland CBD has sold for $2,935,000 at a 5.13 per cent yield to a Chinese investor through Quinn Ngo and James Chan of Bayley's international division. It has a new 12-year lease to Avanchi kebab takeaway which has been in occupation for over 10 years.
Mt Roskill industrial
A 697sq m low-stud industrial building constructed in the 1950s on an 835sq m site at 74 Carr Rd, Mt Roskill, sold vacant for $1,615,000 to an owner-occupier through Tony Chaudhary of Bayleys South Auckland and Sunil Bhana of Bayleys Auckland.
Takanini bare land
A 2707sq m bare land Industrial zoned site at 26 Inlet Rd, Takanini, was sold for $1.7m at $628 per sq m by Nick Bayley of Bayleys South Auckland.
