Lendich says Mercury Holdings, which is directly marketing its properties, develops high quality, purpose-built, industrial buildings and, more recently, has diversified into creating fit-for-purpose commercial office developments.
"We understand that not all businesses are the same and need different workspace and functionality requirements - so we work with our clients to create a leased property that fits their individual needs."
He says the two buildings at 570 Mt Wellington Highway are a good example of Mercury Holdings' attention to quality design and construction.
"Developed on the old Duke of Wellington Hotel site, Mercury has constructed an office complex using the highest standards in building materials and up-to-the-minute construction methods."
The property has its own on-site generator and Lendich says Mercury is happy to discuss individual fit-out requirements. "This can be achieved from the concepts provided, a mix of these, or something that is specific to their business. In addition, flexible terms will be considered for the financing of specified internal fit-out and this will be reflected in the final rental rates."
Mercury is also offering the same flexibility in lease terms and space requirements. The remaining four spaces still available - two in each of the two buildings - are adjoining and Mercury will consider the amalgamation of the units if this is what a client wants. The remaining tenancies each have up to 10 on-site parking spaces available which are competitively priced.
Within the complex, and "book-ending" the ground floor tenancies, are a cafe and a restaurant.
The buildings are close to State Highway 1 and are not far from the Sylvia Park shopping centre, railway and bus services and a short drive to Auckland Airport.
